uneven experience at this hotel

cigarette smell dirty sheets

the staff was cordial . (i appreciated their attentiveness).

i found someone else's hair on the sheets, something that was highly unpleasant and quite disgusting. when i asked for a non-smoking room, they told me there were no other rooms. the air conditioning was loud and blasted cold air.

decent stay, some issues though.

dirty windows stained carpet

the room was a bit worn. also the windows were quite dirty, impacting the view. one morning the room service was late. the carpet had some noticeable stains. i hoped for better attention to detail.

scheduled shuttle different locations kind staff city view shower leak dirty carpet distance problem

The scheduled shuttle to different locations was a HUGE plus. It made getting around so much easier. The staff were really kind and helpful. They offered me an apartment on the last floor with a view of the whole city!!!

The shower would leak all over the bathroom floor. It was like a swimming pool after my shower. The carpet looked old and dirty. The hotel is not near any bars or restaurants. It is not in walking distance.

perfect room great staff bus shuttle

the room size was perfect and it have an excellent view. the staff were great and i find the hotel very clean and accessible. a bus shuttle to the metro station was a real bonus for me.

the hotel is between two metro stations with each about 23 min walking.

cigarette odor loud air conditioning

The cigarette odor was quite strong when I entered my room. It was suffocating and made sleep impossible. I found someone else's hair on the sheets. It was very unpleasant. The air conditioning blasted cold air and was loud making it difficult to rest. I was quite disappointed in the room.

shuttle service sports facilities

The hotel provides scheduled shuttle service to various locations. The proximity to the Mall of Emirates is convenient. This detail enhanced my stay. I found the sports facilities very convenient. They were well kept. The restaurant offered great dining options.

The water pressure in the shower was quite low. I struggled with it daily.
